Absolutely wonderful experience at Chalet Carclion! The hosts, Erin, Alice, Jess, and Gemma, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. They expertly catered to a large group of 20 people, ensuring that everyone felt welcomed and cared for. The chalet itself was spotless and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The meals they prepared were nothing short of delightful, showcasing their culinary skills. Anytime we needed assistance, they were always ready to help with a smile. We had a brilliant stay at the riders Refuge thanks to Alice, Erin, Danni and Rob and the others who ferried us to the slopes and the airport. The food was amazing and the team couldn't have done more for us during our stay and were always so friendly and welcoming.

What a week! We were a party of 20 friends made up of 5 families, aged from 8 to 50 plus and we booked Chalet Carclion in its entirety. We’ve stayed in a fair few properties in Morzine over the years, catered and self catered and this was by far the best catered accommodation we’ve stayed in. From start to finish the booking process was made easy by Jono. His communication was quick, friendly and he was happy to answer ‘all the questions’ which is vital when you are planning a break for a large party. Everything from lift passes to kit, transfers to restaurants was sorted.

This was my fifth stay with riders refuge and it was another amazing experience. The chalet girls in chalet Carclion, Alice and Erin, were beyond amazing and could not have been more friendly. Dani was also fantastic for the week that she joined the chalet to help out. The girls prepared delicious food and were a pleasure to have as hosts! The transfer and maintenance dudes Dom and Oisin were also brilliant!
